Welcome to the CSArts-SGV 9-12th Grade Pre-Enrollment Database 

This database is to pre-enroll incoming 9-12 grade CSArts-SGV students for the 2025-2026 school year.  If you are a student entering 6-8 grade, DO NOT ENROLL HERE, please go back to the enrollment website and download the 6-8 grade enrollment checklist, which will reroute you on how to enroll in your DUSD academy. 

Completion of the Aeries Internet Registration (AIR) Pre-Enrollment process is the first step in the student enrollment process at The California School of the Arts, San Gabriel Valley, and must be completed by the parent or legal guardian of the student.  

All sections of the AIR online form must be completed.  Information collected in AIR, including student/parent demographics, emergency contacts, language fluency, and previous school enrollment create the student’s permanent electronic record which is maintained by the school throughout the years the student is in attendance. Accuracy and full and complete details are important. 

In order to pre-enroll your child, you will be asked to create a login ID for purposes of entering your child’s information. This ID is not connected to any other data system at CSArts-SGV.  It will not be used again after the enrollment process. 

You will complete this process in two steps. In Step One, you will set up an account and we will verify your email address.  In order for us to verify your email, we will need to send a message to your email account, and you will then continue the enrollment process after clicking a link that we send you. 

Step Two, AIR enrollment, takes approximately 30 to 45 minutes to complete. The system allows you to log in and out of the program if you are not able to complete everything in one sitting.

Changes to student data after submitting AIR must be done at the school or during Data Confirmation, which occurs every July/August during annual online registration. Please reference the Student Pre-Enrollment Checklist that was emailed to you to finish your pre-enrollment steps.
